Guardian Angel Home Health, Inc. is hosting our 17th Annual Grandparent Angel Tree program! We started this mission to collect gifts for the less fortunate elderly in our community. Over 700 are needed this year to meet the need of our growing population. The primary goal of this mission is to bring hope and joy to them in knowing that someone has thought about them during the holiday season and to unite the members of our local community in a common cause - The Gift of Giving. How you can participate: Grab a gift tag from a Guardian Tree (locations listed below) Purchase a gift according to gender, noted on gift tag (we keep the names of gift recipients private) Place unwrapped gift in a gift bag, and attach the gift tag. Bring gift to: Guardian Angel Home Health, Inc. 2800 Hutton Avenue Farmington, NM 87402 Deliver your “Grandparent” gift on or before December 19, 2024.
